By Supporting Missionaries around the World

On June 23, 1991 when Pastor Morris became pastor our church we had a few missionaries at $15.00 each. Pastor Morris first act was to take on Brother Duain Whittemore (the former Pastor) as his first missionary; unable to support him; he took an offering for him on the fourth Sunday. From that act of faith, Pastor Morris led the church by faith to Add $5.00 to each Missionary. Within a few months the church took on 3 more missionaries not sure where the money was going to come from only acting on Faith. God provided! He moved the church to add $5.00 more to each Missionary, and then took on some more. Again he raised the support level another $5.00 to a total of $30.00. With some at $50.00 and $30.00 the Mission Program kept growing until 2005 when the church took on 9 missionaries. In September 2009 the church voted to increase our Mission giving another $10.00 a month per missionary and in the year 2010 we pray by the Grace of God to increase them another $10.00 and double support them 2 times beginning in April.
